  • Automated Information: IP address, browser type, and device information collected via cookies and tracking technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Wix Analytics).

  • Deliver Emmy®-winning video production and digital strategy services.

  • Communicate with you regarding project updates, quotes, and scheduling.

  • Process orders and fulfillment for the ArtBreathes shop (via partners like Printful/Etsy).

  • Optimize our website’s performance and SEO through our digital partnership initiatives.

  • Ensure safety and compliance for FAA-licensed drone operations.

  • Strategic Partners: We may share relevant project data with our designated Director of Digital Strategy to provide SEO, web optimization, and Google Profile management services as part of your "Growth Bundle."

  • Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who help us operate (e.g., Wix for hosting, Google for analytics, and Print-on-Demand services for ArtBreathes).

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or protect the safety of our community.

4. Dignity-First & Sensitive Narrative Protection

As a "Dignity-First" production house, we often handle sensitive stories involving survivors and marginalized communities.

  • Confidentiality: All sensitive testimony or personal history shared during the "Blueprint" or "Production" phase is kept strictly confidential and is only used for the purposes of the specific film project agreed upon in your contract.

  • Consent: No sensitive footage or imagery will be used for Starry Eyed Creative promotional purposes without your explicit written consent.

5. Drone Data & Aerial Privacy

Our FAA-licensed Part 107 drone operations are conducted in accordance with federal and local privacy laws. We take reasonable steps to avoid capturing identifiable images of individuals or private property not central to the commissioned project.

6. Third-Party Links & Content

Our site features embedded content from YouTube and links to third-party platforms like Etsy. These sites have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them, as we do not control their data practices.
