Success Stories: Strategic Impact and Return on Investment
At Starry Eyed Creative LLC, we don’t measure success just by the beauty of the frame, but by the movement of the needle. Our films are strategic assets designed to build trust, secure funding, and inspire action. Here is how our cinematic storytelling has delivered measurable community impact through tangible results for our partners:
Tepeyac Community Health: A Record-Breaking Night
When health and community intersect, the story needs to be told with both sensitivity and strength. Our signature fundraising film for Tepeyac Community Health served as the fundraising centerpiece for their annual gala, directly contributing to a record-breaking $600,000 raised in a single evening. By humanizing their mission, we helped turn viewers into lifelong supporters.
City of Indianapolis: Securing a $1.5 Million TIGER Grant
Visual storytelling is a powerful tool for civic growth. We collaborated with WFYI, who partnered with the City of Indianapolis to produce a compelling grant-winning narrative that illustrated the vital need for infrastructure and community connectivity. This public sector media production was a key component of their successful application for a $1.5 million federal TIGER grant, proving that a clear, professional vision can help unlock significant public investment.
The University of Northern Colorado: A Decade of Institutional Trust
For ten years, Andrew Warren served as a lead storyteller for the University of Northern Colorado. Through the "Bears Go Big" campaign and countless alumni success spotlights and faculty profiles, he helped UNC define its institutional branding legacy for a new generation through capital campaign storytelling. Our work has been recognized with the 2019 CASE (Colorado Education Award), highlighting our ability to navigate the complex needs of higher education marketing.
Big Thompson Watershed Coalition: Exceeding Local Goals
A local conservation requires strategic impact for local buy-in. To support the recovery and protection of the Big Thompson River, we produced a cinematic call-to-action that resonated deeply with the Northern Colorado community. This donor engagement film helped the coalition raise $24,000 in one night, providing the necessary resources to continue their vital environmental work.

Society of Professional Journalists: Storytelling with Integrity
True storytelling requires a commitment to the truth and a deep understanding of the human element. Our work has been honored with two awards from the Society of Professional Journalists for projects that bridged the gap between complex issues and community impact.
These accolades were earned for "Drop by Drop: Protecting Indiana’s Water Supply,"an environmental documentary produced for WFYI, and "Who’s Your Helper: The Story of Indiana’s Hoosier Helpers," a poignant look at local advocacy. These awards reflect our ability to handle sensitive subject matter with journalistic rigor and cinematic grace.

The CASE Awards: Strategic Institutional Impact
In the world of higher education, storytelling must be as strategic as it is beautiful. In 2019, Andrew was honored with the CASE (Council for Advancement and Support of Education) Award for excellence in educational storytelling. This prestigious recognition stems from our decade-long partnership with the University of Northern Colorado, where we have served as a primary narrative partner. From recruitment-driven brand films to high-impact alumni profiles, this award highlights our proven ability to create visual assets that foster institutional pride and drive measurable engagement.
